The annual Carson Auction is our largest fundraising event of the year! This week-long event includes an online auction then an auction party which includes a silent auction, live auction, paddle raise, heads or tails game, buy-a-share parties, teacher experiences for your children, grade level baskets, snacks, open bar, dancing, and dessert.

Proceeds from this year’s auction will be used to enrich Carson’s curriculum through funding for staffing, grants for teachers to furnish or update their classrooms, technology for the classrooms, and continuing education opportunities for our teachers as well as for general upkeep of the school.

The adults-only live event for 2023 is a step. back into the 1920’s. This years auction will be held on November 3 at The Upper Larimer in RiNo.

**Putting the FUN in Fundraising**

Online Auction

Prior to the event, we have an Online Auction. We are soliciting donations and would be honored if you would assist us in the task! In previous years, we have had over 200 items to choose from.

Buy A Share Parties

Buy-A-Share Parties are hosted by Carson families that help raise money for Carson, but also help encourage community and all around fun with other Carson families. We are looking for more Buy A Share hosts but we already have lots of great parties, such as a Men’s Bourbon tasting, Ladies Live Ball, Polar Express, and swim parties at Virginia Vale and Crestmoor, and even more fun ideas.

Teacher Experiences

Teacher Experiences are offered by Carson teachers to provide some fun with their students outside of a normal school day. In the past, we have had parties like Principal for a Day, Zoo Lights with a teacher, Blossoms of Lights with a teacher, Announcements, Bowling, Pizza Party, and more.

Auction Baskets

Each grade will put together Auction Baskets for purchase during the silent/live auction. We have had so many amazing donations in the past. We are changing things up a little this year and we think you will love the baskets that will be available!

Live Auction

The Live Auction features memorable items that you won’t want to miss! Thus far, we will auction off TWO front row parking spots at Carson, mountain houses, a beach house, and more.
